Ronaldo Dalzochio Full-Stack Developer

Mobile apps, web platforms and games — from concept to deploy.

About

I'm a full-stack developer building digital products across mobile, web and games. I take projects end to end — from architecture and development through deployment, optimization and long-term maintenance.

My core stack is React Native, TypeScript, Firebase and Cloudflare Workers, and I build games with Unity and C#. Whatever the platform, I focus on clean, maintainable code and scalable architectures that stay fast and reliable as they grow.

Before writing production apps I spent five years in IT infrastructure, and I still work that side today — since 2021 I've been IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst at Galafassi Informática, running Windows Server and Linux in production and administering Active Directory, DNS and DHCP for corporate networks. It shows in how I build: security rules and access control designed in from the start, not bolted on before launch.

Stack & Specialties

Stack

  • Android apps built with Expo — from prototype to Play Store release.

  • Auth, Firestore and Cloud Functions as a serverless backend for apps and sites.

  • APIs and automations running at the edge — low latency, near-zero cost.

  • Typed end to end — app screens, Cloud Functions and edge workers share one contract.

  • 2D and 3D games in C# for Android and PC, with a complete gameplay loop.

  • Scripts that run unattended on Windows servers — backup verification, monitoring probes and reporting.

Specialties

  • End-to-end Android apps — smooth UX, offline support and store-ready releases.

  • Fast, dependency-light sites and web platforms, hand-built and easy to maintain.

  • Auth, data, payments and automations behind reliable serverless APIs.

  • Firestore Security Rules, App Check, server-side validation and a strict CSP.

  • From playable prototype to finished game — mechanics, animation and polish.

  • Turning server and network state into metrics, reports and alerts that arrive before the user complains.

Selected work

Source code for most of these projects is private — client work and unreleased builds. Recruiters and hiring teams: get in touch and I'll walk you through the repositories.

Automation & Infrastructure

Scripts I wrote on the job at Galafassi Informática, running unattended in production on customer servers and firewalls. Backup verification, monitoring and access auditing — no interface, nobody watching, and the real design problem is failing loudly instead of quietly reporting the wrong thing.

  1. 01 PowerShell

    Verificar-Sync-Dropbox.ps1

    • Dropbox API v2
    • OAuth 2.0
    • SMTP

    Dropbox backup auditor

Nightly reconciliation of a 1.6-million-file backup. It indexes the entire Dropbox account through the API, compares it against the local tree, and emails an HTML report naming every file that never reached the cloud.

    • Incremental by default: the first run lists everything, every run after pulls only what changed through a saved delta cursor.
    • Rewriting the per-file filter around hash-set lookups instead of wildcard matching cut a full pass from 11 minutes to 3.
    • If the listing aborts halfway, the partial index is discarded and the alert says the check failed — a backup report that gives a false all-clear is worse than one that never arrives.
    • Renews its OAuth token mid-request and backs off exponentially on rate limits, timeouts and 5xx.
  2. 02 PowerShell

    check_dropbox.ps1

    • Telegraf
    • InfluxDB
    • WMI

    Sync-state probe for Telegraf

A one-shot collector that reports whether Dropbox is idle, syncing or closed as a single Influx line-protocol metric — so the state is a line on the dashboard instead of something someone has to go and look at.

    • Reads throughput straight from WMI performance counters, which arrive already averaged, so it returns instantly — no sampling sleep to blow the agent's timeout.
    • Sums every Dropbox process instance before applying the threshold; the app doesn't run as just one.
    • Always exits 0 with a numeric status, error included, so a gap in the graph means the collector died — not the application.
  3. 03 Python

    relatorio_vpn.py

    • OPNsense
    • OpenVPN
    • FreeBSD

    VPN access review

Access audit for OPNsense firewalls: it reads every VPN account and its enabled state out of the firewall config, cross-references OpenVPN's logs for each user's most recent authentication, and reports who still has access and who stopped using it.

    • Standard library only — it runs on the appliance's stock FreeBSD Python, so nothing gets installed on a customer's firewall.
    • Accounts present in the logs but no longer in the config are listed separately: those are deletions, not idle users.
    • "Never" means "not inside the log retention window", and the report says so — an audit that overstates its own certainty gets the wrong person's access revoked.
  4. 04 PowerShell

    Monitor-Deadline.ps1

    • Deadline 10
    • Windows

    Render node reclaimer

Watches the local Deadline worker on a render farm node and reboots the machine as soon as it goes idle, so each node comes back clean between jobs and never restarts mid-frame.

    • Reboots only on a confirmed idle state; a rendering worker is left alone and anything unreadable is treated as unknown.
    • A wrong guess costs a render, so ambiguity never resolves to the destructive action — it logs and waits for the next poll.
